These terms govern your use of the Kuatomind app. By using Kuatomind, you agree to them.
Kuatomind delivers one piece of thought-provoking content per day — facts, ideas, history, and curiosities, with sources. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
The free version of Kuatomind remains usable without a subscription.
Kuatomind's content is for general interest and education. We research and cite sources, and we work to be accurate, but we make no warranty that every card is free of error. Nothing in the app is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Do not misuse the app: do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, and do not use it in violation of any law.
The Kuatomind name, brand, design, and the curation and writing of the daily cards are owned by us. Underlying facts are not owned by anyone; the specific phrasing and selection are. You may share individual cards through the app's share feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and the current version is always at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
