Your settings, sensitivity, and training records are stored only on your device. SprayTrace has no user accounts and we do not collect or receive this data.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google's SDK may access your device's advertising identifier — the IDFA on iOS, the Advertising ID on Android — along with your IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information, in line with Google's policies. Google uses this for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SprayTrace has no user accounts, so none of it is tied to an identity we hold.
On iOS, we ask for tracking permission on first launch (Apple's App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, ads are shown non-personalized. You can change this any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
On Android, there is no equivalent prompt. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads, which also lets you opt out of personalized advertising.
In regions that require it (such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland), a consent prompt is shown before ads load on both platforms.
Purchases. SprayTrace offers a one-time Pro unlock. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see or store your payment details. The app records only whether the unlock is active on your device.
Google's data practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
SprayTrace Pro (a one-time purchase) removes all ads.
Feedback. If you use Send feedback in the iOS app, your message is sent to us by email through a small relay we run on Cloudflare, delivered by Resend. Along with what you write, it carries the app version, whether Pro is unlocked, your device model and iOS version, and your IP address. The relay keeps no copy; the email is what we hold, and we use it only to read and answer feedback. Nothing is sent unless you press send.
Other than the advertising and the feedback form described above, SprayTrace has no analytics and contacts no servers of ours.
